    7. Note: Reviewing manuscripts is an important yet unheralded job. Since all reviews are "blind," the author will not know whom to thank for the time and suggestions offered. The readers and consumers of published articles will not cite the reviewer nor thank him/her when a published article is helpful. In short, reviewing appears to be a thankless job.

  4. Book Editor
    1. Book Editor is selected from AEQ Feature Editors. See above entry #1

    3. one book editor needs at least sixty eight published articles listed in Keyword Subject Index.
    4. minimum twenty published articles must be secured by applying editor
    5. Book Editor writes 1000-4000 word Preface.
    6. apply at least one year ahead of considered volume publication, send e-mail to: aequarterly@gmail.com
  5. all work is voluntary, NO formal compensation is given.
  6. however, we do offer five incentive remuneration options.
  7. plus, you are eligible for AEQ Editor's letter of recommendation when you are evaluated for promotion, tenure or post-tenure review of tenured faculty at your college/university.
  8. names of all new editors are listed in Academic Exchange Quarterly print edition and AEQ webpage after one year of positive contribution to the journal

Editorial Internship for students

The editorial intern will gain experience in journal publishing related to Reviewer (editing foreign manuscripts for grammar, style, and clarity) or Feature Editor.

The candidate must be sponsored by his/her professor.

Some professors, may give independent studies credit for editorial activities.
