3 - when we receive your Form, we will verify your claim and
- will send you in five days or less email acknowledgement
- will send you in ten days or less a postal letter
with payment (or confirmation of order)
4 - you can request disbursement at anytime you are ready
for a period up to two years
5 - points earned are valid on a two year rolling period and
will lapse after two years from the date they are earned
6 - check with your accountant if in your case IRS considers accumulated
points taxable or non-taxable and/or you can get any tax credit,
e.g. monetary gift to your favorite charity.
