ABSTRACT  
In todays ever changing world of higher education it has become vital for 
the development and implementation of high standards for student achievement.  
Accountability for learning outcomes and goal accomplishment within some 
measurable way is being pushed on the higher educational community.  
Designing, implementing and attaining those measurable learning objectives 
are become essential activities in our marketplace of outcome assessment.
