Focus: The prevalence rate of students entering higher education with disabilities has grown over the last two decades. The current trend dictates that this rate of student entrance will continue to grow. The students with disabilities entering college programs need accommodations for learning. Professors are having a higher student population for which to diversify and accommodate instruction. Who May Submit: Contributions for this issue are welcome from a variety of perspectives related to transition issues for college students with disabilities, the use of accommodations in college instruction for students with disabilities, higher education preparedness for students with disabilities, etc. Those who have participated in, or been responsible for implementing, transition and/or accommodating efforts for students with disabilities in higher education are encouraged to submit, including K-12 teachers, university faculty, staff, school psychologists, technology specialists, reading specialists, administrators, librarians, counselors, graduate students, and others.
