Focus:
This issue of the Academic Educational Quarterly examines the theoretical and practical aspects of character development, i.e., critical thinking, ethical decision-making and life-long learning, as they are explained, taught and developed in a military setting. The issue will also highlight the concepts of military education and training at all school and university locations to include JROTC, ROTC, service academies, war colleges and other training and education locations throughout the Department of Defense (DOD) as vehicles for successfully internalizing character development and ethics education and to discuss how these applications can be used in public education and society at large.

Who Should Submit:
Faculty, Staff, Civilian and Military Educators, Officers, Warrant Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers who have taught and/or have had experience teaching military and Department of Defense civilian students: MILITARY
