Focus: This issue will include articles reporting classroom teacher action research projects as conducted and reported by in-service teachers. We encourage teachers who have conducted classroom research alone or within the structure of a Teacher Research course in an M.Ed. program, to consider their work for publication in this issue. We welcome reports of research from individual teachers, from teachers working in conjunction with their university instructors or from teachers working in conjunction with colleagues. We encourage submissions representing diverse educational settings, public or private, preschool through college, in urban, suburban and rural settings. Submissions should contribute to the growing body of quality educational research being conducted by researcher-practitioners. All submissions should: a.) follow accepted forms of action research, classroom research and/or educational research, b.) adhere to ethical research practices, supported by their schools, and universities, c.) adhere to protection of human subjects , d.) advance the field of teacher action research by presenting projects of high quality and sound writing. Who May Submit: Submissions are welcome from individual teachers, teacher/teacher educator teams, teacher/university instructor teams, teacher collegial teams or others who consider themselves emerging researchers and scholars.
