  • To prevent unauthorized sale and/or the production and distribution of pirated AEQ copies, starting with Spring 2008 issue, AEQ upholds and practices the following
    1. No permission is given to copy, distribute or reproduce any AEQ article in any format without prior explicit written permission from the article's author(s) who hold exclusive right to impose usage fee or royalties.
    2. No permission is given, implied or granted to copy, distribute or reproduce in any format an entire journal issue or complete journal volume.
    3. Any use of material from this journal that is determined to be “fair use” under U.S. law (Section 107 and Section 108 of the U.S. Copyright Law) does not require permission.

    1. By sending this order form, you accept AEQ order-shipping-return policy.
    2. Upon request, seven days after the order was shipped, we can provide you
      with a copy of proof of shipment.
    3. All subscription errors must be reported in writing by postal mail within sixty days of the occurrence.
    4. Failure to receive any number of the AEQ must be reported in writing by postal mail
      within four months of scheduled delivery if claim is to be recognized.
    5. You will not hold AEQ liable for lost shipment when this journal can show proof of shipment
